All of our ingredients are from the Northern Rivers of NSW, Australia, and 97% of our ingredients are Certified Organic. Delirium Chilli Oil is vegan, gluten-free, Ayurvedic, delicious.

Due to the fragile nature of our Extra Virgin Olive Oil, we cook our aromatics in a minor amount of Australian Grapeseed Oil, just enough to heat and cook the aromatics.

Extra Virgin Olive Oil (85%), grapeseed oil (3%), chilli, garlic, sage, rosemary, salt, pepper.
